+: хорошее месторасположение -: Отель ,как пожилая синьора , которая пытается ещё выглядеть достойно, но увы, время берет своё. Старый отель, скудный завтрак, грязный бассейн.

-: Очень старое все и с плохим ремонтом, сквозняки и пыль. Все так себе - интернет, комфорт, завтрак. Сервис совковый, завтраки тоже.

+: Прекрасное расположение,осень милый персонал,есть велосипеды бесплатно,красивый отель ,особенно зал для завтрака и фойе перед ним. -: Очень старый отель и по возрасту и в каком все состоянии .. вначале была в шоке от того что это пять звезд и все такое ушатаное-двери,пол ,тканевые обои в комнате,которые не меняли и не чистили с времен Наполеона.Нет утюга во все отеле . Ни одного.Надо отдавать в глажку: утром отдал-вечером получил.так и ходили мятые,пока не купили утюг. Так же нет чайника в номере . Через пару дней привыкли как и обещал персонал отеля. Кондиционер работает с перебоями и достаточно шумно . Интернет слабый и тоже периодически вырубается,спасались симкартой с интернетом .

+: Отличный отель, соответствующий 5 звёздам. Есть частная парковка, что в Монтекатини-Терме очень важно. Персонал чутко реагирует на просьбы, быстро решает проблемы. Отель - очень красивый и кинематографичный. Недалеко от термальных источников, что тоже очень важно. Персонал говорит по-русски.

+: Завтраки отличные. -: Грязный бассейн. Не ухоженный. Купаться в нем даже в 30 градусную жару не смогли себя заставить.Номерной фонд нуждается в ремонте:антураж с претензией на шик ,но все какое то уставшее.Пожалели,что остановились в нем.

Устаревшая система отопления, работает очень шумно, только в одном режиме на максимум.Завтрак очень скуден, на обед и ужин во второй раз ни кто не приходит, всем достаточно одного негативного опыта.Так отвратительно в Италии ни разу не трапезничали.
