+: Отличное расположение отеля. Заказывали еду в номер из ресторана- выше всяких похвал! На завтраке шведский стол, но можно дополнительно заказать-кашу, блинчики и омлет. Это входит в стоимость. Может многие об этом не знают и тогда завтрак может показаться скудным. -: шум от кондиционера. Кофе на завтраке - это не кофе 😁 Берите сразу эспрессо.

+: Постельное белье хорошего качества Для собаки были приготовлены лежанка и миски.Мраморный пол и стены, красиво, но холодно) От центрального вокзала минут 20 неспешным шагом. -: Номер не соответствовал фото, меньше заявленногоСкупость в косметических наборах, на двоих постояльцев 1 мыло, 1 шампунь, 1 кондиционер! Зубных щёток не было! На букинг было написано, что размещение с животным допускается, данная услуга может быть платной. В моём понятии, если «может быть»- то может и не быть! По моему честнее сразу писать «платная», причём писать стоимость! С меня, за размещение 3киллограмовой собачки взяли 30€ за ночь !!! Знай я это заранее, ни за что бы не поселилась именно в этом отеле, так как общая стоимость размещения поднялась до уровня несоизмеримого с качеством отеля. Бассейн сплошное разочарование! +: Месторасположение. -: Ни когда не ставили стаканы, приходилось бегать в бар! Вай Фай отсутствовал практически все дни! И это 5звезд? Питание одно и то же, разнообразия не было вообще! Вообщем в следующий раз нет желание ехать туда.
