    +: Расположение очень удобное, поблизости Коллизей, остальные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, но при этом нет толп туристов в округе отеля. Рядом станция метро, что очень удобно для того чтобы добраться до удаленных объектов. Завтраки однообразны, но всегда все свежее, хлеб вообще "космос". Номер небольшой, но всегда соблюдается чистота и порядок. Хотелось бы отметить ALESSIA! Она помогла нам разобраться с проблемой багажа! Огромное спасибо, ALESSIA! -: Надо было вернуться в Рим на 1 день, после поездки по Италии, но не было проявлено гибкости в стоимости проживания - в 2,5 раза больше той суммы за которую мы жили в отеле. Возможно это было связано с "высоким сезоном"

    +: Расположение отеля отличное, Колизей за углом в 5 минутах ходьбы. Просторный номер. -: Нет крючков в ванной, вода холодная, напора воды в душе нет, не обновлялись израсходованые средства (ватные диски, ушные палочки итд). Полотенца не меняли, уборка комнаты могла бы быть получше. Отель предоставляет меню подушек (изначально в номере есть 2 подушки), я три раза просила поменять мне подушку на более мягкую, все три раза мне говорили "да, сейчас принесут в номер", но этого так и не случилось. В номере очень душно, регулировать температуру самому невозможно.

    +: Чисто уютно, персонал приветливый. Помогали с выбором маршрутов, вызовом такси. Мы не очень нуждались в помощи, но поняли, что могут помочь. Завтраки хорошие, особенно выпечка. -: Это не зависит от персонала - но место шумное, умеренно. На стороне, противоположной от входа, жарили каштаны, до середины ночи невозможно открыть окно.

Хорошая кухня. -: В ванной комнате - душевой шлан поломал, сливной бачок поломал, нет крючков для вещей, приходилось ложиться личные вещи на крышку унитаза.Кровати на колёсах, разъежаются в разных направлениях.Непродуманно правильное переключение освещение номера, не все лампочки исправлены.
