+: Красивая территория вокруг отеля. Администраторы Алена и Фабио оказались невероятно радушными, отзывчивыми и профессильными людьми, скрасившими наше пребывание в отеле. Отель, конечно, староват и требует модернизации, а также ощущается не хватка персонала, но вышеупомянутые сотрудники, просто спасали ситуацию, своим добрым отношением. В целом- осталось, весьма, приятное впечатление. -: Качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего. Плохая система кондиционирования.

-: Были 2е суток, номер Люкс. Бронировали специально из-за наличия Террасы, но на ней невозможно было находиться из-за огромного количества муравьев, которые сыпались с крыши. Фото прилагаю. Обратились на ресепшн (работала Русская женщина), она сказала: ок, передам руководству. Ни извинений со стороны отеля, ни попыток сохранить лояльность клиентов. Потом подошёл мужчина, они тихо поговорили. Ответ был такой: да, муравьи, это из-за жары (хотя было 22 С). И все. Больше ничего в ответ нам сказано не было. Развели руками. Самый ужасный персонал из всех отелей, в которых мы были. We were two days in a Suite.
