+: Отличное расположение. Неаполь тесный город. А тут набережная - простор. Просите номер с видом. В основном это люксы. Но с боковым видом и впридачу с балкончиком есть и чуть более дорогие стандарты. Они того стоят. Вид на Неаполитанский залив, марину, крепость, Сорренто, Капри... Впечатление, за которым сюда едете, гарантировано. Здание гостиницы старое, как и всё здесь, но относительно недавно полностью отремонтировано. Хорошо, качественно и стильно - под старину. Мебель, белье всё новое дорогое. Отличный персонал. Хорошая гостиница. Рекомендую! -: Комфорта добавила бы буквально пара нюансов. Хочется чтобы в номере был чайник или кофемашина. И в нашем номере надо отрегулировать дверь в душ - заедает.

+: Хорошее расположение, номера довольно приятные, персонал вежлив. -: Из минусов: неоднократно приносили грязные полотенца почему-то (в разводах и пятнах) + Очень плохая звукоизоляция: слышно все соседние комнаты и персонал, который начинает уборку в 8 утра :(

+: Будучи профессионалом вопроса (я-отельер), должна сказать, что этот отель один из лучших в моей итальянской истории. Цена-качество, уровень сервиса, персонал, традиции прошлого, эргономика и дизайн... Завтрак тоже решен очень хорошо; Местоположение - выше всяческих похвал. Так что... мы своим выбором довольны. Некоторые вещи возьмем на вооружение:) Спасибо, коллеги!

+: Кто был в Неаполе ,тот знает,что это город-музей ,каждый камешек с историей ,соответственно и вид у этих камней ......очень исторический ))Поэтому Отель оказался для нас сюрпризом .старое здание,холл видавший многих и вдруг такая жемчужина ,как номер!!! Современный,светлый,просторный ,с потрясающим видом!!! А ванная комната .... тоже очень просторная с душевой кабинкой на двоих,подсветкой .одним словом удивили !!!обслуживание замечательное !!!!.спасибо большое !!!! -: Номер,вид из номера,обслуживание

-: Останавливались в этом отеле в номере Сьют с видом на море полгода назад на четвертом этаже. Были в полном восторге от дизайна и удобства номера. Оставили соответствующий отзыв здесь. Повторили этот заказ сейчас . Нас разместили на первом этаже . Разочарование !!! Убитый, старый, грязный номер! За те же деньги, номер того же уровня! Абсолютное несоответствие фото на Букинге! Имейте совесть, продавайте неотремонтированные номера хотя бы дешевле на порядок!
