+: Месторасположение, грязи, источники -: Старый, затхлый, совершенно неинтересный отель. Процедуры все выполняются как на конвейере, у массажистов отсутвует включенность в пациента

+: хороший, чистый, тихий номер, как всегда -: стали хуже и скромнее завтраки, в спа и термальных бассейнах режим строгой экономии, вечером не горят фонари (почти повсеместно) и отключают водные каскады в бассейнах. раньше такого не наблюдалось.

+: Понравился номер, бассейны и СПА, а также вечерняя музыкальная программа в саду в выходные дни. Хороший шеф-повар, обеды и ужины очень вкусные. Внимательный персонал, прекрасный руководитель службы заселения. -: Такого не было.

+: чистота, удобное размещение всей инфраструктуры отеля. -: скудный ассортимент завтраков, пищу выдает служащий отеля, раскладывает на тарелки, хотя подразумевается шведский стол. ужины в ресторане по меню очень вкусные. на некоторые просьбы персонал не реагировал.некоторый персонал ведет себя очень заносчиво.
