+: Прекрасный персонал, очень приятный и помогающий. Безусловно великолепное расположение в великолепном переулке, но не таком шумном, как центральные площади - можно было отдохнуть. хороший ресторан, красивая зона завтрака -: чуть пахнет в зоне бистро

+: Отличный отель. Хорошее месторасположение. Взяли Family, с детьми очень удобно. Консьерж помогал с ресторанами, и маршрутом по дороге Кьянти. -: Дорогая парковка. 60€ день.

+: месторасположение -: очень маленькие номера. завтрак крайне скудный. нет нормально сервиса для 5 звёзд 247. лобби бар работает до 23.30. более менее номер дали с третьего раза, когда отказалась заезжать (окна в стену внутреннего двора). ночью находясь вне отеля нужно было нам вызвать такси или забрать - отказались.

-: завтраки ужасные за 100€, выбор ограничен , цена не соответсвует качеству - нам за двоих взрослых и ребёнка 4 года который не чего не ел счет дали 104€.помимо счета за проживание , заблокировали деньги на карте почти 3000 евро, пока возврат не получилиждем , как вернут сообщим. в итоге мы дважды за все заплатили .

+: Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. Отдельная благодарность отелю за комплимент по случаю дня рождения в виде бутылки игристого и фруктов! -: К сожалению, матрас на кровати оказался очень жестким для нас. Очень плохо спали из-за этого.

+: Чистота, хорошая вода перед сном. Очень хорошее расположение. Хороший персонал. -: У гостиницы политика "без утюгов". Из-за этого я был вынужден покупать услугу гладки рубашки за 9 евро. В номере был заявлен чайник или кофемашина, ничего из этого не было. В рум сервисе конечно это компенсировали бесплатной доставкой чая, но приходилось каждый раз объясняться и тратить время. Очень тесный душ, не возможно нагнуться и повернуться ничего по этом не задев. На завтраке в 7:30 ещё не всё блюда выставлены, официанты не предлагают горячие блюда, хотя они есть и нужно знать об этом чтобы заказать.
