+: Чистота, очень дружелюбный персонал, отличный ремонт и комфорт. В номере все есть, хотя пришлось поискать и сейф, и минибар (спрятаны в стене, никаких указателей). -: Шумный кондиционер. Слышна улица вечером, конкретно у нашего номера под окнами был уличный ресторан. Некритично, но все же в этой ценовой категории хотелось бы получить лучшую звукоизоляцию.

+: Все понравилось. Особенно хочу оценить работу ресепшн. Они выполнили все наши просьбы. Хочется отметить, что завтрак и мини-бар включены в стоимость номера, что не может не радовать). Берите 30 номер и у Вас будет свой балкон, где можно прекрасно провести утро. -: Завтрак мог бы быть вкуснее. Но нужно перестать заказывать Бенедикт и ждать, что он такой же, как в кофемании

+: Идеальное расположение,шикарный дизайн,отличный персонал,сделали up grade,интерьер номеров волшебный,но в ванне было очень холодно и некомфортно.Большое спасибо за комплименты при заезде. -: Очень холодная ванная.

+: Превосходный отель. Лучший сервис. Расположение отеля- просто супер удобное, самый центр! Очень красивый дизайн и уютный интерьер. -: Анатомические подушки- просто ужас. Альтернативы нет, они же не всем подходят. Обычно отель предлагает подушки на выбор, целое меню. Не выспалась совсем...состояние на утро было помятое.
