    +: Подушки самые лучшие! Халаты и тапочки. Косметические средства. Вкусный кофе и чай в номере. Очень хорошие завтраки. -: Душ в ванной протекает и брызгает во все стороны. Стеклянная стенка также протекает и вода стекает на пол! (Номер 315)

    +: + Местоположение отличное. Также благодарю, что повысили категорию номера бесплатно в честь дня рождения. Хороший кондиционер в номере и прекрасная терраса. -: - В номере грязные обои, которые отклеиваются. На туалете, в ванной и по комнате темные женские волосы (не мои, так как я блондинка и жила одна). Во время уборки забывали поставить ванные принадлежности. Персонал не был приятен в обращениях, что портного обращение, особенно за завтраком. Также было недоразумение, что при заселении на Рецепшин мне сказали, что завтраки включены, но оказалось, что это не так. В отеле нет вазы для цветов, поэтому мне принесли железное ведро для шампанского.

    +: Отличный отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен ,неплохие завтраки.10 минут до испанской лестницы -: Не отношу себя к очень требовательным путешественникам,но ....Очень грязно,удивительно но пыль на чайнике и кофемашине,большой слой пыли на осветительных приборах(пятна)грязь на белых кожаных стульях,грязная раковина и ванна.Клининг в номерах очень страдает,хотя очень чистое постельное белье.шумно тк с двух сторон отеля дорога.Больше не вернусь.

    +: Завтраки хорошие- различная нарезка, фрукты, яйцп в разных видах, тушёные овощи, грибы, колбаски. Много разного хлеба, сладкая свежая выпечка. Фреши, йогурты . расположение супер. Номера чистые, уютные. Соотношение цена -качество 👍🏻👍🏻 -: В номерах прохладно зимой, дует из окон сильно.
