1. Завтрак очень скудный: 2 вида колбасы, 1 вид хлеба, 1 вид сыра, 1 вид хлопьев, йогурт и консервированные персики. Из горячего ничего нет, автомата с горячей водой и кофе нет, но можно попросить и тебе принесут чашечку, маленькую. 2. Соседнее здание с отелем - это заброшенный профилакторий для туберкулезников, в котором живут 20 или больше кошек, это немного удручающее зрелище. 3. В номере вместо кондиционера - центральная вентиляция, которая очень громко работает, температура не регулируется, можно только полностью выключить со щитка. В первую ночь от шума я думала, что сплю при работающей стиральной машине, а выключить нельзя, очень жарко. 4. Поскольку окна выходят на дорогу и сосновый сквер, где гуляют люди, приходится все время держать жалюзи закрытыми, из за этого в номере всегда темно и можно сказать нет никакого вида из окна. 5. В целом, мне показалось, что для отеля такого уровня (скромная мебель, завтрак, удаленность от центра) цена завышена в 2 раза, даже с учетом того, что я ездила в самый не Read more

Очень отзывчивый персонал! Их любимая фраза - no stress in La Pineda! Уютно как дома! Свежее, хорошее белье и мягкие полотенца. Вид из номера на сосновый парк. Время проживания: Июль 2017

В номере на первом этаже был сильный запах канализации. Попросили поменять номер. Переселили на второй этаж, но и там проблемы: не работал холодильник и не закрывалось окно. Кондиционер (правильнее назвать вентиляция) имеет два режима - включеновыключено, причём включатьотключать надо в электрическом щитке автоматом. Завтрак скромный (как во многих отелях Италии). Обслуживающий персонал странный: свои проблемы знают, но устранять их не хотят.Расположение: рядом порт, что удобно для экскурссии по морю; до лестницы в город 5 минут пешком, до пляжа 7 минут. Очень скудный завтрак. В описании отеля есть неточность, никакого соснового леса рядом с отелем нет. Есть небольшое насаждение, в виде сквера (жаль, что убираются там очень редко, поэтому полно мусора и бегает куча кошек)Расположение: близко пляж, порт и лестница (крутая) в город Время проживания: Сентябрь 2016
