+: завтракпарковкапастельное белье -: отель явно не 5 звёзд. максимум 3. все пожившее и видавшее виды. общее впечатление «остатки былой роскоши» и все бы ничего, можно потерпеть запах старости и затхлости, пошарпанность и изношенность интерьеров номера, но цена? это вызывает вопросы.

+: Завтрак на уровни 5 звезд, можно заказать отдельно омлет, хороший кофе, богатый выбор выпечки, фрукты свежие. Персонал дружелюбен и любезен. Помогли с парковкой машины (парковка перед отелем бесплатная, но с местом проблема, поэтому ключи оставляли на ресепшен, чтобы персонал смог перепарковать в случае необходимости машину). Очень тихий район недалеко от центра. -: Были несколько лет назад в этом отели. Тогда было все выше всех похвал. Сейчас время не жалеет никого. Номер в котором мы жили (202) требует косметического ремонта, особенно наличники дверей в туалете. Матрас необходимо заменить.

Номера убраны плохо.На постельном белье жёлтые пятна.После уборки номера забывают тряпки в номерах.Если завтракать в номере, нужно будет оплатить полностью завтрак, хотя он включён в стоимость номера. Завтрак подают из щербленной посуды!!! Отвратительный сервис!!!!!!!Сервиса нет вообще!!!!!!Напомню, что отель имеет 5 звёзд, а не тянет и на две!!!!!Сейф старый и закрывается через раз !!В последний день я немного простыла и попросила аптечку или хотя бы спрей для носа, мне отказали...и сказали, что «вы можете сходить в аптеку, если хотите», (это дословно!) Напоминаю отель 5 звёзд... Мини бар: было выпито 2 воды, их внесли в общий счёт, воду в номер не ставят. Это худший отель!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Всё выше перечисленное мелочи...почему не устранить их не понимаю...

+: Место. Хороший wf. -: Очень плохой матрас. Если, до этого отеля, я читала отзывы про плохой матрас и думала что это субъективно, то в этом отеле у нас всех болела спина. Далее- уборка. Уборщица не стала убирать разбитый стакан, просто загнала его под кровать.... мы специально подходили на рецепшен , показывали уборщице где именно пропылесосить то что мы не смогли убрать сами. Подчёркивали что в номере маленькая собака. Она может пострадать ( она его и нашла под кроватью) Мы повторно жаловались, но никто особенно не извинялся на завтрак лучше идти утром. Очень быстро заканчивается). Официанты долго несут кофе- чай и чаще приносят чей то другой заказ) Резюмируя- 4 звезды максимум. Сервис на 3
