+: Прекрасное расположение, невероятный персонал, готовый всегда прийти на помощь. Бесплатно повысили категорию номера, хоть мы и не просили!Помогли ночью найти аптеку, а это из ряда фантастики. Также отель бесплатно предоставляет экскурсию на Glass factory, правда мы к сожалению не смогли поехать, но очень хотелось. В номерах, кстати, убираются 2 раза, чем приятно удивили.

+: Замечательное местоположение! Абсолютно волшебный балкон с видом на канал, садик и небольшую станцию гандол. -: Очень церемонный завтрак. Много экивоков и раскланиваний. Долго готовят и долго несут. Добавку лучше не просить - устанешь ждать)

+: Останавливаемся не первый раз . Прекрасный исторический отель , рядом с площадью San Marco и элитными бутиками. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, готовый помочь в любой просьбе . Особое спасибо консьержу, его рекомендации ресторанов выше всяких похвал. На booking мы воспользовались бесплатным апгрейдом номеров, а в отеле нам сделали ещё дополнительно апгрейд . Было очень приятно! В общем, нам все понравилось и надеемся вернуться сюда ещё не раз. -: В душе плохо сливалась вода.
