+: Через booking не хочет принимать гостей. Сначала уволили нас с гостиницы. Когда мы сказали что уже деньги уже снято с корточки после этого согласились.

+: Только расположение -: В номерах нет даже бутылки воды, не говоря о чайнике и даже холодильнике (минибар) Всегда считал, что 4**** просто обязаны иметь этот набор в номерах. Про горстки мертвых зеленых клопов по углам и за тумбочками вообще молчу...

+: Прекрасное расположение - прямо на набережной. Старый город с магазинчиками, ресторанчиками и милыми улочками начинается сразу за поворотом с набережной. Возможна бесплатная парковка авто в гараже соседнего отеля (3 минуты пешком) Regina. Так же, возможно бесплатное пользование бассейном в той же Regina. Одновременно и достоинство, и недостаток отеля - построен еще в конце 19-го века: есть дух того времени, но во всем остальном - далеко до привычных уже стандартов 3+ и 4 звездных отелей. Очень позитивный ночной портье в отеле - мужчина лет 65, который как будто только-только сошел с экрана какого-то итальянского фильма про 5-ти звездочный отель периода расцвета итальянской экономики: подтянутый, с оптимистичным сарказмом, внимательный, прекрасный бармен, держит дистанцию, про отель и его сервис всё расскажет и покажет с шутками и прибаутками. -: "Никакой" завтрак. +: Отличное месторасположения отеля, очень приветливый персонал. Красивое старое здание, классические итальянские интерьеры зон общего пользования. -: Чемоданы в номер пришлось тащить самим, нет мини-холодильника в номере. Конечно на 4 звезды не тянет.

+: Отель находится в самом центре Стрезы и с Номера и балкона открывается потрясающий вид. Отель старинный , дух этот в нем есть. -: Кондиционер работает плохо, когда останавливался в октябре это не напрягало , сейчас , когда была жара - центральное кондиционирование не справлялось с задачей и шум от кондиционера мешает спать. Второе - конечно это отсутствие как мини бара в номере , так даже и обычной воды. Отсутствие холодильника. Выпить холодной водички - бегите в бар.
