+: Уникальный вид на Амальфи - стоит здесь остановиться только ради него. Неплохой завтрак, есть фрукты из сада отеля. Отзывчивый персонал. -: Не очень удобно добираться от города до отеля с детьми - у отеля есть несколько лифтов, на которых можно спуститься до автомобильной дороги, дальше нужно либо идти по проезжей части, либо нести коляску вниз по лестнице на набережную, порядка 90 ступенек. В джакузи была грязь, но быстро убрали. Бассейн открытый и очень маленький, в несезон не работает. В сезон, наверное, там битком.

+: Расположение. Вид из окна шикарный. Чистота, убирались два раза в день. Отель располагает к релаксу. Все на уровне. -: Хотелось бы хорошую зону спа, как в сетевых пятёрках, хаммам, крытый бассейн, гидромассаж, с бесплатным доступом. Но это наверное технически сделать проблематично, так как отель расположен, в буквальном смысле в скале, и площадь не позволяет. Летом есть открытый бассейн, но вот не в сезон, этого немного не хватает

+: Персонал (особенно - ресторан), замечательное сопровождение при заезде: полная экскурсия по истории места, услугах, городке - в которой не чувствовался заученный текст. Завтрак тоже очень интересный. Ванная комната - образец современных достижений в этом вопросе, как и комплектация номера в целом. Вид из номера - не обсуждается, сады - прекрасны и здорово, что их развивают и сохраняют, площадки для релакса чудесны... Сожалею, что не попали в бассейн: нужно было заранее сообщить время, когда мы планируем это сделать. Шальным образом не вышло - персонала не было на месте. Места красивые очень... и сервис:)

+: Лучший вид на Амальфи! Историческая часть отеля запомнится надолго! Красиво, чисто и отличные завтраки! Не очень большой бассейн, но проживающих не много, поэтому это не назову недостатком.

+: Ничего! Ужасно все! Единственный отель за все мои ПУТЕШЕСТВИЯ, когда я поверила фотографиям и описаниям, а все оказалось не правда! -: Все непонравилось - номер на 2+ тянет, а никак не на 5 звёзд. Обслуживание ужасное, муравьи в номере, Мебель старая. Завтраки не вкусные, входы с этажами запутанные, все старое.
