+: Отель расположен чуть в стороне от подъемников (пешком будет далековато), но отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер отдо подъемников в любое удобное время, очень удобно. До центра деревни пешком минут 10. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки (есть шведский стол, а также горячие блюда по меню). В отеле хороший ресторан (есть бистро, где можно, в том числе, заказать пиццу, бургеры, а есть и более формальный ресторан с полноценным меню). Отличное СПА (после катания очень удобно, что не надо далеко никуда идти, чтобы погреться и расслабиться). Номера и лобби стильные, все новое. Персонал очень вежлив и очень старается выполнитьучесть все пожелания. Обязательно еще вернемся.

Ресторан в отеле ниже среднего. На завтраке кофе ждали по 30 минут при пустом зале. А делали кофе из таблеток- 1 минута. Недоброжелательные, протекал потолок в номере. Это не 5 звёзд. Были большой компанией, впечатления совпали. Не рекомендуем!Бармены хорошие. Остальной персонал на итальянцев не похожи. Грубые, неприветливые Время проживания: Январь 2018

Замечаний нет, все как положено.Чистый новый (начал работать в 2014 году) отличный отель! Всем рекомендую! Вежливый персонал, внутри отеля ресторан где можно отлично поужинать.
