+: Месторасположение, раннее заселение. -: Условия проживания абсолютно не соответствуют ни в части фото с букинга, ни статусу 4 звезды. Фото не реальные, семейный номер - вчетвером не развернуться, завтрак очень скромен, 2 звезды.

+: Местоположение -: Все не сетевые отели Италии имеющие 4зведы по факту не имеют их. Максимум 3 и то я бы не дал три звезды. Т.к в России 4х звёздночные отели выглядят гораздо лучше. Теперь об этом отеле: старый, маленький отель, лифт на два человека но к нему не подойти всё такое узкое, что с чемоданом не пройти. Ширина лестници🤨 не поверите я плечами цеплялся с двух сторон. Завтрак тоже не фонтан.....

+: Единственное, что хорошего в этом отеле, это его расположение. Находится в пешей доступности от знаменитой виа Венета и красивейшей виллы Боргезе с огромным парком. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. -: Во-первых, не ясно, как этот отель получил 4 звезды. Не соответствует даже близко. Это маленький клоповник в стиле бюджетный парижский вариант (не развернуться ни в комнате, ни за ее пределами), всё мизерное. Вопреки информации на букинге парковки НЕТ! Нам это сообщили по факту прибытия в отель, хотя в сообщениях писали, что с парковкой всё в порядке. Услуги на минусовом уровне. Просто за чашку горячей воды в комнате (для лекарства) пытались взять 5 евро. Правда, когда узнали, что для лекарства, принесли бесплатно. К персоналу претензий нет, но сам отель - унылая дыра. Избегайте.

+: Расположение отеля отличное. Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, и в то же время тихая улочка. Отель сам небольшой. Номера чистые, но не очень большие. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, где все необходимое. Не далеко вокзал и метро. Персонал отеля очень вежлив и отзывчив к просьбам! Единственное не удобство (если для пожилых и полных людей или людей с ограниченными возможностями - это узкая лестница, но опять же если живете на последнем этаже в принципе если 2 этаж есть лифт ). Но для средних 4 звездочных отелей вполне соответствует цена - качество.

+: Близко к Вилла Боргезе(где так чудесно гулять утром ,да и вечером оттуда открывается прекрасный вид на Рим) и жд вокзалу. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Достаточно интересное внутреннее оформление. Хороший ресторан национальной кухни. -: Система климат-контроля несколько устарела .
