+: Очень удобное расположение отеля. Кроме того тихо, можно открыть окно. Номера по размеру стандартные, все необходимое есть. Приятно было обнаружить в номере welcome десерт! На ресепшн есть всегда соки и вода. Отличный персонал на ресепшн и в баре отеля. -: По сервису есть над чем работать. Не было в нашем номере бутылок с водой, хотя это было положено. Использовали воду из бара, на след.день бар даже не пополнили этой водой! Использовалась вся туалетная бумага, не было дополнительных рулонов туалетной бумаги! Ну а на завтраке персонал вообще расслаблен: посуду со стола не убирают, пришлось специально просить убрать наш столик, лишний раз не утруждались спросить, что гости отеля желают съесть и выпить. тк отелю нужно работать с персоналом ресторана и cleaning.
