+: не плохое место положение.хороший завтрак. -: на сайте написано, что отель находится в центре города. на самом деле отель находится в 600-800 метрах от центра города. расположение было не плохое, но не то что я хотел.за завтраком официантки очень громко разговаривали между собой и сильно гремели посудой.и самое плохое - в комнате пахло канализацией

+: Хороший отель. Хорошие завтраки. Близко от достопримечательностей города.! -: Взяли повторно городской налог, хотя в приложении Booking.com было указано, что налог включён. Не стали спорить в чужой стране, себе дороже. Но просим разобраться.Не очень приятно, когда за одно и тоже списывают 2 раза.

+: Прекрасное расположение отеля. На тихой улице недалеко от вокзала и от основных достопримечательностей Флоренции. Приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. В обед в холле накрыт небольшой столик - бутерброды, печенюшки, сок, вода. Мелочь, а приятно! В номере чайник с чайными принадлежностями! Чай-кофе в пакетиках горничная подкладывает. Интернет в номере хороший.
