+: Очень красивый дизайн номеров,свежий дорогой ремонт,продумано до мелочей,очень приятно было обнаружить все,вплоть до утюжка для волос!классная косметика.нам сделали апгрейд и был отличный вид на мост -: Дороговато,но если хочется шика-того стоит.При бронировании писалось,что завтрак входит в стоимость,на деле оказалось,что за горячее на завтраке(яйца)-надо доплачивать(честно,при этой цене номеров-это как минимум странно).

+: Отличное месторасположение, приятный и профессиональный персонал, хороший wi-fi, уютный и светлый номер, понравилось наличие всего необходимого в номере, включая хорошую косметику, фен и утюжек для волос, приятные комплименты от отеля :)

+: Расположение отличное, номера очень симпатичные, светлые, чистые, просторные. -: Поначалу в номере было очень холодно, а кондиционер долго не начинал работать на тепло, но принесли обогреватель. Хотелось бы чтобы в гостинице такого уровня горячие завтраки были бы не за дополнительную плату, и чтобы всегда в номере была питьевая вода в бутылках (в округе не так много магазинов).

+: Красивый отель, с дизайнерским ремонтом, чистый, новый. -: При заезде списали один раз стоимость проживания плюс 600€ залог, это за два дня, ок. Деньги списались у меня, но отель сказал что у них нет, ещё раз пытался списать эту же сумму. Сотрудники начали выяснять, списали деньги или нет. Я была с маленьким ребёнком. Мы с дороги, устали. Вместо того, чтобы нас заселить и выяснять платёж с банком, нам пришлось ждать на ресепшн. Когда прошло 30 минут, я уже настояла, чтобы нас заселили, а отель сам пусть разбирается, ведь деньги у меня списали. Нас заселили, с ресепшн потом позвонили и сказали, что это их были проблемы с банком. Но мое впечатление уже были испорчено.

+: Потрясающий дизайн, вкус и комфорт во всем. Прекрасная удобная Мебель, текстиль, косметика. Отличный ресторан в отеле и хороший завтрак. Персонал - выше всяких похвал. Парковки нет, но есть услуга- прямо от отеля забирают машину на парковку - 40 евро в сутки. Локация - центр. -: Очень неудобная система кондиционирования. Выключали, но все равно поток холодного воздуха спускался.

+: С балкона прекрасный вид на главный мост - Ponte Vecchio, отель очень близко от галлереи Уффици. В ресторане есть опции для веганов. Прекрасные интерьеры.

+: Номер надо брать по возможности с видом. Не смогли предоставить опцию раннего заезда к сожалению Завтраки прекрасные. Но Яйца, омлет , каши - все за отдельный деньги. Омлет 15€, каша геркулес 12€. Спа работает с 12 и только до 20:00!!! Все остальное прекрасно. Очень чисто, по домашнему комфортно -: Интернет wi fi работает не стабильно. Для уровня такого отеля давольно странно!
