+: Очень приятный персонал, семья вся трудится и помогает с любыми вопросами. Отличное расположение. Как готовят не знаю, жили в апартаментах и готовили сами, всё для этого есть на кухне, кроме духовки. Можно стирать вещи всего за 3€ загрузка. Кровати с хорошими матрасами. -: Очень плохой Wi-Fi, постоянно выбивает из сети и слабый. В кухне диван не очень удобный для крепкого сна.

+: Номер прекрасный, техника и мебель хорошего качества, за исключением дивана, матрас в диване оставляет желать лучшего. Расположение превосходное. Хорошо что есть лифт. -: В номере было холодно. Ночью могло выключиться отопление и не включалось до утра. Это стало огромной проблемой, сильно повлиявшей на впечатление в целом. Администрация не могла никак повлиять на проблему, ссылаясь на автоматику. Горнолыжную одежду в таких условиях не просушить, и спать было холодно, приходилось просыпаться ночью по несколько раз проверять: укрыты ли дети(((
