+: Прекрасный новый отель, хоть и не большой. Замечательный номер с шикарным постельным бельём и удобной современной ванной комнатой. В наличии чайник с бесплатным чаем и кофе. качественная СПА зона и тренажёрный залОсобенно радушен был персонал отеляОтель однозначно отвечает с своим 5 звёздам -: к сожалению не возможно заказать еду в номер из ресторана отеля где вполне достойное меню, доступен только заказ из буфета, где выбор не достаточно большой.

+: вообще никогда не бронируйте этот отель! это не 5 звезд! это чистая тройка по цене 5 заезд. персонал вообще не работает, номера грязные и воды нет горячей в отеле! -: грязные стены, плесень в люксе, воняет канализацией, никто толком не убирается в номере, 24 на 7 сервиса вообще нет, никто нормально тебя не обслуживает. после 22 никого не встретишь в отеле, еду в номер заказать не возможно. хотели пообедать в 15-30, но в отеле в это время вообще никого не было.

+: Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 ночи. Отель оформлен в современном стиле. Мы жили в небольшом стандартном номере, без вида на реку. Номер оснащен всем необходимым: туалетные принадлежности, включая халаты и тапочки, сейф, мини бар, чайник.Расположен отель на набережной реки Арно. До основных достопримечательностей идти мин. 10-25, до базилики Санта -Кроче, например, 10 мин, до Галереи Уффици- 15 мин., до дворца Питти мин. 25, т.к. он с другой стороны реки. Завтраки понравились, мясная нарезка, овощная, сырная, выпечка, фрукты, кофе- всё вкусное. Омлет и жареный бекон хотелось бы, чтобы был теплее. В холле, на ресепшн, есть бесплатная вода с печеньем. -: Интернет слабый, надо постоянно забивать пароль. Звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего.
