+: Хороший отель, доброжелательный персонал. Удобные кровать, прекрасная уборка. Великолепный, большой бассейн и сауна. Очень понравился трансфер от отеля к ближайшим подъемникам. По звонку приезжал автобус. Это очень удобно. На завтрак дополнительно безглютеновые продукты и безлактозное молоко. Завтрак нормальный. На горячее- омлет и яйца, хороший выбор паштетов и сыра и ветчина и колбаса. Всегда есть очень сладкие и спелые фрукты. Большой выбор булочек и хлеба. Уютная атмосфера в отеле... мебель, старинные (антикварные) шкафы и кресла. Коврики ручной работы, вязанные вещи в оформлении, столики и колыбельки, камины из керамики И так далее. В отеле много общих помещений (уголков и комнат) для игры и отдыха. Прекрасный вид из окна. Ближайшие магазины в 1,6 км. Ужин в ресторане за 23 евро с человека, заказ из предложенных блюд. Близко ресторан-пицерия.

У меня в душе осталось использованное предыдущими жильцами мыло, а во время уборки мне не положили новые шампуньгель для душа, так что качество уборки не на высоте.Красивый отель в красивом месте. Несколько удален от центра, но в отеле дают недельную транспортную карту и до центра Ортизем и до всех подъемников легко доехать на автобусе. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал Время проживания: Октябрь 2017

Центр города не в шаговой доступности, надо добираться или на шаттле отеля или на машине.Катаемся на лыжах и уже седьмой раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Персонал стал нам близкими друзьями. И многие туристы останавливаются в этом отеле ежегодно, часто встречаемся с постояльцами, так как отдыхаем всегда в марте. В отеле прекрасный бассейн, хорошая кухня (простая полноценная еда).
