+: хорошее расположение, но отель очень старый морально устарел. номера ужасные, ремонтировались думаю лет 20 назад, ну 15 ладно)) всё супер скромно, супер просто. но ты выл и сразу в центре города, не прямо на дороге, поэтому не очень шумно.

+: приятный район, красивые дома вокруг -: Очень неряшливо, самая дешевая плитка в сан узлах и та отбита, очень много раз покрашены стены поверх старой краски, как в странах третьего мира. отелю пора закрываться на тотальную реконструкцию. эту прекрасную фактуру нужно спасти.
