+: только один молодой менеджер на ресепшн вечером был молодец, вежливый и терпеливый. куча народу заезжала вечером в субботу. а он один. спокойно и терпеливо всех заселял. в остальном отель ужасен. ледяной номер, не работающий лифт, все потрепано и убого. я остался разочарован. завтрак нормально

+: Хороший отель недалеко от города Комо. Один из немногих четырех звездочных в городе. Есть своя подземная парковка. Рядом большой супермаркет и небольшая кофейня. -: Почему-то в номере был всего один халат и после уборки номера нам так его и не доложили. Для отеля 4 звезды было удивительно, что в номере не оказалось обычной щетки для обуви. И самое неприятное это обслуживание в баре - при просьбе дать бокал в номер под пиво и бокал под вино, сначала получил отказ, но после вопроса почему нет выдали два одинаковых маленьких бокала под вино. На просьбу поменять хотя бы на большие - получил отказ без объяснения. Впечатления эта ситуация об отеле немного подпортила.

+: Хороший сетевой отель. Немного уставший и необходим ремонт, но в целом неплохо. Находится в тихом месте. Рядом есть большой супер маркет. До Комо 10-15 минут на машине или можно доплыть на катере ( 10 минут)- расписание можно взять на ресепшене. Подземный гараж в отеле- 15 евро сутки. Хороший интернет в номерах.Рядом есть ресторан (соседнее здание). От аэропорта 50 минут на машине. -: Довольно неудобный способ оплаты отеля, отдельной ссылкой, а не в приложении букинга как по всем другим. Очень тихое место, но в целом кому что нравится)

+: Местонахождение довольно неплохое, рядом хороший супермаркет, очень хороший обслуживающий персонал в ресторане гостиницы -: Однообразные завтраки, плохое знание английского языка у обслуж.персонала, обслуживание в летнем кафе на очень низком уровне, полотенца менялись по просьбе(и не с первого раза)
