+: В целом (!) все хорошо. -: Все хорошо, но при заселении списали депозит 200€. При выезде дополнительно списали все дополнительные расходы, но депозит 200€ не были учтены и на карту до сих пор не вернулись. Мелочь, но не приятно. Придётся звонить в отель и разбираться: где 200€🤔

+: Расположение шикарно. В шаговой доступности от прекрасного мишленовского ресторана и бутиковых улиц. Ресторан находится на седьмом этаже, с которого открывается превосходный вид на Рим. Администрация и работники отеля вежливы и услужливы. -: В некоторых номерах недостаточно окон и как следствие солнечного света. Минибар минималистичен. Интернет сверхмедленный (но похоже это проблема Рима в целом, а не данного отеля). Включенный завтрак однообразен, но всегда можно дополнительно что-то попросить приготовить. Заказывать еду в номер не советую, лучше выйти и перекусить в многочисленных кафе (если, конечно, они не закрыты на перерыв)

+: Расположение отеля в 5 минутах ходьбы от Испанской лестницы,такой комфортной кровати в номере я давно в отелях не встречала,мы с подругой спали как младенцы в ней)Персонал реагировал быстро на наши просьбы.Единственное хотелось бы чтоб номер был немного больше.В целом все отлично,еще обязательно сюда вернемся! -: ничего

-: Очень красивый отель. Номера чистые с новым ремонтом. Персонал внимательный и приветливый. Завтраки проходили в ресторане с террасой на 7 этаже и были очень вкусные.
