+: Понравилось всё. Персонал внимательный и вежливый. Условия отличные. Расположение удобное, возят доот подъёмника на микроавтобусе (хотя там и пешком близко).

Маленькие номера, шумоизоляция не очень, тут как повезёт с соседями, ужин в ресторане только заранее бронировать по фиксированному меню. Пешком от Кол Родеры не близко, обратный трансфер нужно вызывать по телефону.Хорошие вкусные завтраки, очень чисто, убираются в номерах каждый день. Комфортные кровати, в номере тепло, есть балкончик, в обе стороны отеля вид на горы. Время проживания: Март 2018

на семью из трех человек пришлось брать два номера, подросток 14 лет жилодин. у него в номере (41) было все хорошо. у нас же в 40 номере стоялужасный непонятный запах. вначале подумала, что это из-за застоя вканализационных трубах. но и после проветривания и на протяжении всегонашего пребывания запах никуда не делся. хорошо, что мало временипроводили в номере. поздний ужин - в 19-30 и все сразу, поэтому оченьшумно и долго, процесс затягивается на 2 часа. несмотря на хорошегоповара, ужинали всего 2 раза в отеле. завтрак также только с 7-30 иснова толпа народу. обещанный трансфер на гору и обратно оборачиваетсянепунктуальностью, никогда в 15-00 рикардо не приезжал, приходилосьсамое раннее ждать до 15-30. впрочем это национальная черта и такжеотносится и ски-бусам, которые после обеда ходят раз в полчаса, после17- раз в час, и не факт, что приедет вовсе. после 19-30 доехать можнотолько на такси.радушие персонала, особенно хозяина, стефано. качество уборки,особенно санузла. Время проживания: Февраль 2017
