+: центр -: нам ударили машину, парковщик разбил бампер. мы хотели выехать сами, но ресепшн настоял на сервисе, полдня разборок с полицией, камерами и страховкой. никогда больше не вернёмся и никому не рекомендуем. ущерб от порчи авто ( Bentley) на 7000€.

+: В день заселения нам предложили номер в другом отеле на одну ночь, указав на ошибку. Организовали такси и повысили уровень номера по возвращению (предоставили номер с террасой). Приятно внимание менеджмента отеля. Месторасположение невероятное- от отеля до любой достопримечательности можно дойти пешком, мы в восторге

+: Отличные номера. Все чисто, свежий ремонт. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Отель находится действительно в центре, минут 7 пешком до фонтана Треви. -: Странная история с очередью на завтраки. В первый день простояли минут 20 в очереди, а потом нас провели без очереди. Было бы неплохо, если бы на рессепшене при поселении объясняли этот момент.

+: Хороший отель в центре города, за умеренную плату. Приехать на пару дней пойдёт. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Персонал приветливый. -: Очень маленький номер и душевая кабинка. Сложное и непонятное подключение к WiFi.

+: Небольшой уютный отель, номера маленькие, соответственно с вентиляцией не идеально, летом наверно дышать нечем-Окна выходят на дорогу, либо кто то начинает курить внизу-вообщем особо не проветришь номер( но это не критично), завтраки очень минимальные, в основном булочки хлеба-тоже разнообразия не ждите! Пастель отличная, новое белье, полотенца, тапочки, халаты-уютно, расположение отличное -до любого культурного центра 10-15 минут чудной прогулки! Рим город Любви-всем рекомендуем! -: Шумновато когда начинают все просыпаться и когда готовятся к завтракуСмутило что по отъезду нам объявляют что мы не заплатили за городской налог, когда оплата за все вместе( проживаниеналоги) была списана заранее, в итоге стали разбираться, оказывается не списали налог , сумма не большая, но стали на нас смотреть как будто денег у нас нет, хотя мы были уверены что заплатили за все-не приятно
