+: останавливаемся в этом отеле не в первый раз. выбираю его для романтических поездок с женой. в отеле есть потрясающие номера с террасами и джакузи, которые всегда выбираем. отель находится недалеко от Испанской лестницы, достопримечательности и магазины в шаговой доступности. -: нет такого

+: Все отлично. -: Интернет в комнатах. Который не работал. Роутер ловился, но наружу не пускал. Ни на iPhone, ни на iPad, ни на компьютере с Windows. Т.е. проблема была явно не в устройствах, а в настройках роутера. Сотрудники пытались починить, но так и не смогли. Даже пытались переселить в другую комнату, но там было то же самое. В итоге, все 4 дня пребывания приходилось работать либо в ресторане на крыше, либо в лобби внизу, либо по мобильному LTE. Где интернет всегда стабильно был.

+: Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле! И однозначно будем останавливаться еще! Всё как всегда на высшем уровне! Так же отель очень дружелюбен к животным: обеспечили нашего питомца всем необходимым (миски, спальное место) Из основных для нас плюсов: абсолютная тишина в номере, хотя отель находится в самом центре города!

+: Месторасположение -: Ужасная звукоизоляция.Слышно все!И с 7-го на 8-я января ночью персонал стал разбирать елку в центре зала отеля.С грохотом,падением игрушек и переговорами и другими прелестями ночных происшествий!И так до утра!На наш вопрос зачем они это делают,сказали,что приказ менеджера !На следующий день мы устроили им скандал по этому поводу.сказали,что не хотели беспокоить постояльцев днем!)А то ,что не дали спать ночью,им даже в голову не пришло! И завтрак не понравился.ты платишь за каждого человека,а приносит на полтора!Ты каждый раз должен что-то просить!Да и качество никакое!
