+: Понравился завтрак! вкусно и уютно😍 Понравились номера, нету спа и бассейна, но в ванной комнате есть душевая кабина-хамам👍 чистота и порядок на все 100!!! -: нету бассейна и спа🙁

+: интерьер -: ночью разбирались с соседями пьяными, позвонили на ресепшен, они не приходили, пришлось самим к пьяным гостям идти, потом пришли с ресепшен но 2 часа с 00.00-2.00 время испорчено, так у нас был семейный люкс с маленьким детьми , а как на дискотеке! и даже никаких извинений от отеля за такие то деньги! ну хоть бы не знаю тарелку фруктов в номер поставили 😏. на второй день пришли дверь в номер после уборки осталась не заперта, хорошо ценности в сейфе. уборку вечером перед сном из 3х ночей сделали один раз, а так целые мусорки и стояли две ночи 😒тоже не приятно.

+: просторные номера -: невкусный завтрак, неорганизованность персонала во время приезда и отъезда, мы час ждали когда заберут наши машины и ещё больше когда нам их вывезут во время отъезда. в итоге мою машину отогнали и я сама переносила свои вещи, а персонал занимался людьми которые приехали

+: Очень хорошее месторасположение и уютный номер. -: Очень разочарована в уборке коридора, который для 5 звёзд никак не соответствует. Сервис в номер так же разочаровал.

-: Ужасная ситуация с блокированием огромных денег с карты и окончательным расчётом!!! При заселении дали номер намного меньше, чем бронировали. После 12 часов дороги пришлось ещё час этим заниматься.

+: Понравилось расположение и персонал. -: В ванной комнате душ заслуживает того, чтобы его поменяли. Лейка распыляет, но не смывает, приходится смывать ручной, но не всегда удобно. По крайней мере это было в моем 724 номере. Отель от пандемии ещё не восстановился в полном объёме.
