+: отличное место по своей географии -: не правильный геотег в приложениях, сложно найти гостиницусотрудники на завтраке было достаточно странны - взяла ключи и сказала что у нам надо быстро есть в 10.00, так как у нас выписка из гостиницы 12.00, что страшно неприятно

+: центр -: зачем писать что есть частный паркинг? На паркинг нас отправили на другой конец города, по приезду на паркинг вышел сопливый парень толи вкуреный толи бухой и сказал что бы оставлять ключи от машины он ее погонит еще куда-то дальше на какой-то паркин🤯 уберите строку ПАРКИНГ. Не обманывайте людей. Отель очень старый с сильно выраженной сыростью. В душе вместо вырваной двери просто шторка, но есть один плюс в ней, если бы не она, и я была бы чуть больше 50 кг, я бы там не поместилась. На завтрак кроме круассана с кофе нечего скушать .

Пошли на встречу и согласовали сокращение срока нахождения в отделе без штрафов. -: Номер был у комнаты, где проходил завтрак, мимо проходили все постояльцы отеля, плохая шумоизоляция, было с раннего утра слышно как накрывают завтрак, и все мимо ходят по скрипучему полу, все как-то неопрятно, неухоженно, холодно, не было тапочек, стаканов в номере, в общем на любителя атмосферы старины, мне не понравилось.

+: Отличное месторасположения. Рядом с Понте Векьо. Старинное здание и весь комфорт зависит от возможностей приспособить здание под нужды гостиницы. -: Плохой WiFi , видимо, в связи с расположением нашего номера глубоко внутри здания.

+: Аппартаменты выше всяких похвал. Чистота и простор покоряют. А вот в окно лучше не смотреть, лучше подняться на башню и там наслаждаться панорамой.

+: Отличное расположение, в номере чисто, отзывчивый персонал -: Номер не соответствовал фото при покупке - окна во внутренний двор, первый этаж. Очень мало дневного света и постоянное хлопанье дверью в позднее время

+: Завтрак хороший: соки, вода, кофе, колбасы, сыры, хлеб, мюсли, хлопья, йогурт, омлет порционный, фрукты. Номер у нас был в башне отдельной - №31. Вид из окна :)))))) в никуда. Но зато тихо: не слышно туристов, цоканья копыт лошадей и запахов. В номере чисто, тихо, достаточно места. Все необходимое есть в номере, нет чайника, кружек. В холодильнике только вода. Мы ничем не пользовались. Воду набирали минеральную из-под краника на площади рядом с Уффици...за фонтаном Посейдона. Отель стоит на самой старинной улице Флоренции. Проживанием были очень довольны.
