+: Отель расположен рядом с вокзалом термини , с которого удобно добираться доиз аэропорта за 40 минут. Колизей, Испанская лестница в пешей доступности - 20 минут. Номер чистый, тёплый, уютный. Приветливый персонал, неплохой завтрак.

+: понравилось расположения, хотя воздел вокзала ходят много странных личностей ;) но до фонтана дэ треви 15 минут пешком всего лишь -: очень маленькая комната и на первом этаже фонари с улицы очень сильно светят и мешают спать даже через 2 пары штор.

-: Это самый ужасный отель в плане адекватности и сервиса. По комфорту - средний, не плохой, не хороший, обычный, есть лучше. Главная претензия к отелю - отель не разобрался с оплатой за номер и попросил оплатить за номер, который уже был оплачен заранее через booking. Мало того, что номер уже был оплачен заранее, у отеля паника на кредитные карты, требуемые отелем при заселении и по выезду. При выезде отель требует полной оплаты за все проживание еще раз, не смотря на то, что уже было оплачено заранее. Имейте это в виду при бронировании проживания и готовьте двойную сумму на своей кредитной карте (за которую возможно мы ещё будете платить проценты). Конечно же, чтобы разобраться отелю надо предоставить 100 бумаг и подтверждений и ждать неделями возврата, и это в век технологий!

+: Стратегически удачное местоположение, достаточно комфортный номер. -: На зиму отключают кондиционер и приходится открывать окна, у меня были во внутренний двор, было достаточно тихо, если окна на улицу думаю это проблема.
