+: Красивый вид из окна, большой номер, сауна в номере. Спокойная атмосфера. -: С утра не было горячей воды, в номере запах сырости (или старости). Видно, что отель довольно старый и ему уже требуется, как минимум, косметичекий ремонт. Для такой цены за ночь, ожидания были гораздо выше.

+: Это отличный отель с комфортными, чистыми номерами, из окон которых открываются завораживающие виды на горы. Очень удобное расположение для трекинговых походов, катания на лыжах и просто прогулок по горам. В отеле есть ресторан и бар. В ресторане очень вкусно. -: При заселении узнайте у администратора про особенности работы ресторана. Мы весь день провели в походе по горам. Маршрут был такой, что не было возможности где-то перекусить, а с собой был взят самый минимум. Вечером, вернувшись в отель обессиленными и на грани голодного обморока, мы очень надеялись на сытный ужин. Но нам в нем ОТКАЗАЛИ. Странная ситуация при том, что днем ранее в это же время мы поели без проблем. Насколько я понял администратора, ужин нужно было бронировать заранее, но про это нам никто не сообщил. Пришлось ехать в Кортину в ресторан. Только из-за этого инцидента я ставлю столь низкую оценку. Еще один неприятный момент - через WiFi заблокированы голосовые звонки в мессенджерах.

+: Отель расположен очень удобно для путешествий по Доломитам.Машина стояла на стоянке у отеля.У нас был заказан бюджетный номер а нам дали улучшенный без доплаты.Завтрак входил в стоимость.Номер очень удобный с балконом и холодильником что было для нас важно.На ресепшине очень быстро нас заселили спасибо за понимание.мы приехали чуть раньше времени заселения.Сентябрь 2019 -: Такого нет

+: Удачное расположение -: Этот отель - один из худших, что мне довелось встречать. Безумно хамский персонал. Достаточно убитый интерьер, со свисающей люстрой. Ужасная парковка. Не работающая вытяжка в ванной и сломанная система климата. Нет wifi в номере. Посредственный завтрак с хамящими официантами. Надеюсь что менеджмент отеля сменится, либо отель закроется.

+: Чистота в номере, постельное белье, полотенца. В место обычного номера дали 2 комнатный с коридором и ванной комнатой с ванной и биде, но в старом корпусе типа шале (вход из главного корпуса). Таких номеров всего несколько. Большой балкон выходит во двор - нет шума от дороги, но если соседи шумные, то слышно. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Подсказали как добраться по трекинговому маршруту куда мы хотели, с учетом перекрытия нужной нам автомобильной трассы для проведения велогонки. Большая бесплатная парковка. -: Очень тёплые одеяла для лета ;-)... Сейф -нужно было спросить, что бы обеспечили работоспособность. Телевизоры без пультов ДУ, наверное, тоже спросить нужно было, но мы не пользовались. Интернет работает в номерах, но странновато - поговорить через мессенджер нельзя, только писать, почту проверить нельзя, но видео в ютюб идёт нормально...

+: Прекрасное местоположение, если приехали кататься на лыжах.Трёхзвездочный отель без дополнительных плюсов... завтраки скромные, как и положено в таком отеле. Окна на дорогу, вокруг какой-то недострой со всех сторон...Останавливались на 2 ночи, на долгое время я бы не советовала.В отеле оказался хороший прокат, чем были приятно удивлены. -: Старый ремонт, потертая сантехника. На фото все выглядело намного лучше.Ужинали в ресторане при отеле ... не вкусно, лучше поехать в Кортину.В комнате нет даже чайника, но наверное в 3х звёздах это и не положено... За горячей водой спускались в ресторан.

Виды шикарные! В любую сторону. Но нам оооочень повезло, спасибо персоналу на ресепшн, достался угловой номер с угловым балконом, из которого вид на обе стороны гор. Большая парковка. Это важно, так как без машины делать нечего. Большой ресторан, а также отдельный бар. Перед отелем огромная зелёная лужайка с лежаками и зоной барбекю. Летом - шикарно.
