+: Доброжелательный персонал, замечательные виды, уютная атмосфера. Ощущения, как будто приехал в гости к друзьям. Удобная парковка . Дизайн немного эклектичен, чувствуется, что аксессуары копили 100 лет со дня постройки, даже сохранился бюст самой Аминты- жены первого владельца тогда ещё жилого дома. -: Еда в отеле неплохая, но при таких интерьерах ожидалось что-то более изысканное. Меню небольшое, без особых акцентов, одинаковое в баре и румсервисе.

+: Красивый Отель -: Очень плохо орган Хованский завтрак. Понятно, что ограничения ковидные. Но это неправильно. Нужно выстоять в очереди за едой, а потом за водой. За стаканом тоже нужно стоять. Почему его не могут принести?

+: Очень красивый отель с шикарным видом на озеро. Номер брали с частичным видом на озеро, оказался достаточно шумным, ночью очень шумит поезд, с утра машины. В стоимость входило посещение спа, там обязательно нужен купальник, они продают только раздельные. В спа очень красиво, но сауна холодная и джакузи тоже. Вечером ходили в ресторан, меню небольшое, но все было достаточно вкусно. Многие писали, что завтраки скудные, не соглашусь, есть яичница, фрукты, овощи, вафли, просеко. На обед плавали на соседний остров, с ресепшн нам забронировали ресторан casa Bella , остались довольны. -: Шум с улицы

+: Прекрасное расположение отеля. Великолепный экстерьер и интерьер. Есть собственная парковка. Прекрасный номер с двумя балконами и волшебным видом на озеро, острова ISOLA и город. Напитки в минибаре включены в стоимость проживания. Много сотрудников отеля говорят на русском языке. Благодарю Людмилу, Сару, Джорджа, Роберта! Очень понравилось то, что в конце октября-начале ноября это один из очень немногих отелей, которые продолжают принимать гостей, тогда как почти все остальные отели закрыты. -: Для меня немного странно, что итальянский пятизвёздочный отель стоит почти тех же денег, что и пятизвёздочный турецкий, но при этом турецкому уступает. Хочется даже порекомендовать руководству отеля съездить в Турцию и поучиться тому, что означает пятизвёздочный сервис. Очень не понравилось, то что в ванной комнате был сломан контроллер системы отопления. Двое суток его не могли ни починить, ни заменить. +: Очень красивое место, территория зеленая, все в цветах. Парковка большая, есть бассейн на улице, спуск к озеру, до центра ходит шаттл, там же - лодочная станция и рестораны. Все, что должно быть в отеле такого уровня - в наличии: халаты, тапки, средства гигиены аква ди парма, бесплатная вода, интернет. В целом, если вам нравится отдыхать в таких местах - это один из лучших отелей в Стрезе. -: Все понравилось. просто мы городские жители, любим мегаполисы, и в таких местах скучаем. Остановились на ночь по пути к аэропорту Милана погулять у озера. Понравилось, но на один день. Каких-то минусов отеля не нашла, просто не наш стиль отдыха. Совет - если поедете в аэропорт за рулем, выбирайте дорогу в центр Милана, а уже оттуда в аэропорт. Мы ехали коротким путем по навигатору сразу в порт, всего 40 км, но она идет по горам и деревням, это мучение.
