+: Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. -: Очень не понравилось,что постоянно пропадал то интернет,то вай-фай. Каждый день. Постоянно звонила на ресепшен и просила сделать,потому что Мне необходимо было быть на связи. Но все равно по несколько часов в день не было интернета. Никаких комплиментов от отеля по этому поводу для извинения, ничего. И это пять звезд?

+: Большой отель, чисто, удобная большая кровать, в ванной и в номере есть все необходимое. Каждый день уборка и две бутылки вводы. -: Отель был хорош... в 90-х :)Явно требуется реновация. Все очень старое, устаревшее, местами вонючее и затертое. Завтрак очень очень скромный для такого отеля. В момент моего проживания было заселено от силы 10 номеров и открыта лишь малая секция огромного отеля. Даже вход очень скромный, т.к. основное лобби закрыто.

Очень любезен и отзывчивый человек, ответил на все мои вопросы и помог с заездом, рассказал все об отеле и что находится вокруг него, как лучше и быстрее проехать к разным достопримечательностям в аммане! +: Хочу поделиться своими положительным эмоциями от отеля Le Grand Amman Managed By AccorsHotel. Как только я приехала из аеропорта меня встретили улыбчиво помогли с чемоданами и сопроводили к ресепшн. На ресепшне встретил сотрудник OMAR. Omar рассказал об отеле , как удобнее пройти в мой номер и рассказал куда звонить в сервис и как мне выгоднее совершить оплату и если что-то понадобится я могу обратится. Номер порадовал . Большой и чистый. Я позвонила в ресторан мне очень быстро принесли еду и комплимент от отеля. В честь дня рождения принесли тортик и открытку с пожеланиями. Было очень вкусно .Посетила также бассейн я в восторге. Обязательно вернусь к вам еще. Спасибо отелю и Mr Omary за гостеприимством 😁😁😁😁😁
