+: Отель приятно находиться в отеле, всё красиво и аккуратно. Персонал очень внимательный и заботливый, при вроде в море выдают тапочки, чтобы не пораниться :) завтракужин вкусный, соответствует 5*. Бассейн Инфинити (adults only)очень понравился и лежаки внутри бассейна приятно освежают. Территория ухоженная, всё остальное в цветах и зелени. Если вернёмся в Иорданию, то обязательно а этот отель -: Цены на коктейли в баре немного завышены, на наш взгляд

+: персонал очень заботливый и внимательный. все ребята вежливые и всегда улыбаются! на мой день рождения я получали 3 раза поздравление! в номере, в ресторане и в летнем кафе около бассейна)! Всем советую! -: все понравилось!

+: 1. Классный отель. Территотрия ухоженная. Удобная кровать, подушки и одеяла! После мертвого моря спишь в комфорте, как убитый. Косметика в номере не очень хорошая. Тапочки, халаты есть. 2. Понравился итальянский ресторан на территории отеля. 3. Сотрудники у моря очень отзывчивые, помогают старичкам, объясняют как правильно делать процедуры. 4. У бассейна работают парни на роликах, чтобы холодное пиво получить как можно скорее. (Кстати, из 3х отелей в Иордании, только тут был алкоголь, это явный плюс :)) -: 1. Для семей с детками это плюс, а для нас нет :) В отеле очень много детей. Шум, визги, брызги в бассейне не стихают до поздна :) 2. Очень простой завтрак. Не уровень 5 звезд. 3. Заселение в 15.00. Выезд в 12.00. Мы подошли на стойку регистрации в 14.30, нам попросили подойти в 15.00, тк наш номер не готов. В день выселения в 12.00 наша карточка уже не была активна. и над номером стоял уборщик и за 10 мин постучал 2 раза, уточнить, когда мы освободим номер. 4. +: Уютный отель. Приветливый и хорошо выполняющий свою работу персонал. Большой выбор еды на завтрак. На пляже выдают специальные тапочки для входа в море. На берегу стоит чан с грязью. В спа есть бассейн с мёртвого моря и обычный с гидромассажем. -: Цены на алкогольные напитки завышены.

+: понравился сам отель, территория отеля, наличие спа с морским бассейном. Продуманы все детали: как добраться до моря (на гольф карах), морские процедуры- специальная обувь для моря, предоставление воды на пляже, помощь персонала. -: хотелось бы более разнообразные завтраки. также в номере не хватало принадлежностей для обуви (ложка, чистящая губка)

+: понравился собственный пляж. персонал очень приветливый, предложили грязевые процедуры и скраб из морской соли. также на пляже выдают коралловые тапочки. территория прекрасная. -: не дали тапочки, дырка в пододеяльнике, пятна на подушке, халаты видавшие виды.
