+: The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always friendly and going the extra mile to help me. The breakfast was always great. Location was ideal for moving around Nairobi.
-: The traffic in the area was the only issue i could say but that was only because there were road works. As the hotel is located in a busy area, crossing can be a challenge.
