+: Schöne Anlage mit guten a la Carte Essen. Zimmer mit Meerblick empfehlenswert. Nettes Personal.

-: Ausflug über das Hotel eher schlecht. Vereinzelt mehr Pfiff beim Personal wäre super.

+: Perfect location. Amazing beach. Beautiful garden with coconut trees and a great ocean view. Nice restaurant. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. I don't know what else I could asked for.

-: The only negative thing I can say is that swimming in the ocean is limited at certain times because of the strong tide. I wish they had a bigger, nicer swimming pool (The one they had was quite small, not very appealing, and in the back side of the facility).

+: Fuimos (por segunda vez) con niños y el personal es más que atento¡!! Son cariñosos, siempre cuidando todos los detalles, sumamente amables...en el 2021 fuimos con un nieto y ahora reincidimos con el segundo...RECOMIENDO EL ELEVEN PEARL PARA DISFRUTAR UNA ESTANCIA AGRADABLE!!!

+: La posizione della struttura, la cordialità dello staff, l'accoglienza della camera, la pulizia, la vosta mozzafiato

-: Il servizio al bar e al ristorante è migliorabile ib termini di celerità

+: Lo mejor el personal, muy amables y atentos en todo momento, hacen que la estancia sea increíble. La comida del hotel es espectacular, todo lo que pidas está bueno y a buenos precios. Y la zona de playa también espectacular, con mucha arena y agua cristalina.

-: En general me gustó todo, por poner una pega quizás habría que mejorar un poco las habitaciones con vistas a la piscina, mejorando algunos detalles de mantenimiento y cuidado de las mismas estarían bastante mejor.
