+: Lovely breakfast as usual, it's was my second time there. Decor is beautiful. Staff members exceptional such as Mary, the pool guy who I can't remember his name and the manager very charming and professional.
-: The pool was completely out of service and that was the biggest draw for us to the hotel. As we enjoyed using the pool the last time we were there. Our shower handles completely broke off and had to be fixed twice and our air conditioning didn't work and wasn't fixed after reporting it. I was surprised that we had such an experience after such a lovely time last time. Having said that I admire the manager arranging for us to use the neighbouring hotel pool, managers customer service was superb!

+: Kleinere gepflegte ältere Anlage in tolle Lage unweit des Bamburibeach,mit Pool, saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Omlett nach Wahl. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und umsorgt.
