+: Beautiful ocean views, pristine beaches and great value for money. The manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

-: A slow service moment on the first night at dinner but this was quickly resolved by the manager - very on point and hands on so he saved the “day”

+: location is possibly one of the best in kilifi. The facilities are a bit dated but clean and functional,. the staff makes everything possible to make you feel comfy and well attended.

-: food could be better, but overall still okay. perhaps more choice in the menu would be an improvement. Also, long waiting time (aprox one hour) to get the food.

+: The pool area was beautiful with the vegetation around the pool.

-: The service at the restaurant and bar at the beach side. Unfortunately, we usually waited two to three hours for food and if something was missing from our order we would only be informed after waiting one hour. This led to a lot of frustrations as there clearly was not a good communication between the restaurant and the kitchen about availability and waiting time expectations beyond anything expected even for Kenya.

+: Die grüne Umgebung, der direkte Zugang zum Strand und die Zimmer waren echt schön. Wir hatten aber anscheinend auch Glück, dass unsere AC funktionierte. Andere Gäste beschwerte sich.

-: Der Service war herausragend schlecht. Wir haben egtl immer 1.5 bis 2h auf unser Essen gewartet, die Hälfte der eh schon sehr knapp gehaltenen Speisekarte war nicht verfügbar, was sie einem aber erst sagen nachdem man schon 1.5h gewartet hat. Ich habe zwei Tage lang nur Reis mit Fisch und Möhren und Brokkoli gegessen und einmal haben wir es nach 3h geschafft eine Pizza zu erhalten, die wir dann zu zweit teilen mussten, da sie ständig auch die Bestellungen falsch verstanden haben. Es gibt leider auch keine anderen Restaurants in der Nähe, und Taxis sind immer mindestens 10 Euro, um egal wo hin zu fahren.Handtücher waren oft einfach Badematten, aber das war egtl das geringste Problem.Die Rezeption hat auch große Organisationsprobleme und wollte uns partout die Zimmer zweimal abbuchen, was nur gelöst werden konnte, als ich meinen Abbuchungsbeleg an den General Manager per Email schickte. Checkout war dann zwei Stunden später endlich möglich.Preis Leistung fragwürdig, da das Essen nicht günstig war und der Service generell lausig. Klare Nicht-Empfehlung.
