Located at the center of the Mara Triangle in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Serena Safari Lodge is set on a hill overlooking the African Savannah and Mara River.
The rooms at the lodge are equipped with tea-and-coffee making facilities, TV, mosquito nets and bathroom with shower.
Mara Serena Safari Lodge has a restaurant and bar. Other facilities include a spa, fitness center and outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the reserve from the lobby and the terrace.
Guides game drives and hot air balloon safaris can be arranged at an additional cost. The staff at Mara Serena will gladly arrange airstrip transfers at an additional cost.
+: I liked that the lodge was inside the park. The staff was very personable and helpful. Special shout out to the manager Mike, our game drive guide Vivianne, our houseman Isaiah and the head chef.

-: I think you need to make more facilitiee available inside the rooms. Like I didnt get a toothbrush and toothpaste inside the room. No bumwashers either. Bathrooms were just okayish compared to other 5 star hotels. More amenities in the bathroom needed

+: The staff made me feel like home. I travelled alone but Ann, Diana , Sylvia were so friendly with me, I did not feel lonely at all. I made friends instead. Levis exactly knew where to find all the wild animals.
