+: Location of the hotel, next to the beach. Great swimming pools, and gym (dated but ok).
-: Part of the hotel looked abandoned, I guess the lack of maintenance is due to the lack of clients? They could have more clients if their phone numbers and emails were working OK....

+: The staff was very friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. The restaurants were also enjoyable and had plenty of variety for you to eat. I also enjoyed the hours of the restaurant that met your needs both morning and evening. The close access to the beach as also just steps away.
-: I had a slight leak in my room. I did speak to the front about the issue. They tried to fix it, but I don’t think they fixed it, because it still leaked. I was only there for a few days so I believe they would have moved me if I was staying longer. Some parts of the roomsfacilities needs refurbishment only from a maintenance perspective. Cracks in the walls and leaks can lead to other potential problems, so I would look into that.
