Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Pinewood Beach Resort & Spa 5* 2024-2025 Kenya, Mombasa

+: Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, etwas abseits von dem ganzen Trubel und dementsprechend sind auch nicht ganz so viele Beach Boys vor Ort. Die Lage am Strand ist super schön, entspannen unter Palmen, ein Traum! Auch der Pool ist in Wirklichkeit größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt und hat uns überrascht. Das Hotel wird den Bildern mehr als gerecht. Der Garten rundum ist super schön und tropisch. Auch das Essen war immer sehr lecker und wird immer abwechslungsreich mal am Strand, mal am Pool und mal im Restaurant serviert. Da braucht man das Hotel kaum zu verlassen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

-: Das Bad war sehr lieblos ausgestattet, schade!Passt nicht zum restlichen Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt. Hat leider keinen 4 Sterne Standard. Von der Sauberkeit könnte das auch noch verbessert werden (Hauptsächlich der Boden), aber naja man ist halt in einem Strandhotel.

+: Not sure what to say about this as we ended up being asked to leave.

-: Did not like how our taxi was treated by security when being dropped, The key did not work to our room so we were given a code and they made it known that all housekeeping knows the code to our room. I raised a concern that i did not feel safe with not having a key and that the key code is known to the staff. We did not have any water in the bathroom, they mentioned that it was being worked on but it was not resolved, hence it was one of the reasons we were asked to leave. The place looked empty so did not understand why we could not have been moved to a different room. Anyway we were more than happy to leave We had to locatelook for staff to serve us... service by the beach was terrible but the food we ate was good

+: Outstanding service, very comfortable beds, nice pool, great and fresh food, lovely room

-: A bit far from the town, no TV in the room

+: Morgenmaden var god og specielt beliggenheden er meget smuk. Personalet var rare og imødekommende.

-: Desværre fik dårlig mave efter at have spist frokost, hvor vi fik diarré. Det ødelagde noget af vores ferie.

+: Beautiful interior design. Lovely air conditioned rooms. Loads of different spaces to relax. Fantastic help from Jay Jay who took us to local show, boat excursion and Bora Bora. We will be back! It is paradise.

+: Wonderful! Staff were lovely, friendly, couldn’t have done enough. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, lovely pool and very well kept resort
