+: Et lite og koselig hotell. Under oppholdet var det ikke så mange gjester. Nok stor restaurant.Rolig. Ingen mas i selve hotelletsområdet. Følte oss trygt. Likte veldig kveldsunderholdning med dancing, akrobatikk og synging. Flinke gutter med underholdning i bassengområdet. Fantastistisk nydelig mat i restauranten på grotta!!. Anbefalles på det sterkeste!!! Kommer til å savne og huske !!!Store og komfortable senger. Gode puter.Masse løpende krabber på kvelden. Det var artig!Internet og aircondition fungerer bra.Ingen insekt. Var på hotellet i februar.Alle bildene om hotellet på nettside stemmer.

-: Det gjelder ikke hotteletsområdet. Kun området ved siden av, rett på grense mellom privat og offentlig. Kort sagt, kameler og enkelte pågående og masende selgere på stranda. Heldigvis traff vi bare en som tenkte å selge til oss sine fortellinger om dyrene i Afrika.Det er viktig verken svare eller se på dem. Ikke et eneste blikk ord.

+: Second time staying here after a few years and I like the location. Good views and right next to the beach. The food choice has massively improved and there’s a great variety. Most of the staff are friendly and I could have a casual convo with them. Also appreciate the entertainment team (animation team I believe they’re called) . The acrobats were enjoyable. My compliments to the restaurant staff in the downstairs restaurant. Unfortunately forgot their names but the ladies were lovely. Also the lady who made the Swahili breakfast and dinner I hope you have your own restaurant one day. Your food was beyond excellent. The cave restaurant was beautiful. Thanks to Elizabeth for suggesting we dine there. The air conditioning and food is a lot better than the cave restaurant in Diani

-: Checkin is way too slow. It wasn’t busy but it took over 45 mins which was surprising. Reception staff also need training in dealing with complaints. They are very blase with it which I didn’t like. The room was okay however the mattress were way too hard and the telephone didn’t work so was forced to go to reception to ask for what I needed. The balcony barrier has damaged which for me is a danger especially if you have children. The wood was damaged and rotten so kept shaking. I informed Samson at reception of this. Also I don’t like that they don’t provide irons and you have to pay for ironing and when it’s done it’s not to a good standard. I assume it’s for upselling however for a supposed 4 star hotel this is a first. Even the most basic hotel provides an iron. The rooms also lack a fridge which in coast is shocking. While the stay was okay i wouldn’t rush back to stay here. For a 4 star hotel I just expect more but this is a personal preference to what I’m used to. But for a family holiday it has enough of what you need.

+: Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, very super comfy! the staff always helpful and nice. The pool is so big that even if there are many guests you cannot be disturbed. Palm trees everywhere. Food was delicious. Id defenitely like to come back.

-: The beach isnt te best but maybe because it was a low tide.

+: Das Hotel liegt super am Strand gelegen und ist ausserordentlich sauber.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders Cindy war im direkten Austausch an der Rezeption eine super Beraterin und unterstützte uns bei allen Anliegen sofort. Das Essen und die Auswahl ist nicht nur unheimlich vielfältig, sondern auch jeden Tag wechselnd. Auch hier waren alle Mitarbeiter unheimlich freundlich und haben immer ein lächeln bereit. Besonders fiel uns hier Mambo auf.Zum Animationsteam können wir auch nur super Feedback geben! Jeder im Team war nicht aufdringlich und so haben wir sehr gerne die Aktivitäten mitgemacht. Am Abend war das gemeinsame Tanzen ein absoluter Traum. Die ARTISTEN-SHOW am Abend sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen, die war aussergewöhnlich!!! Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit und viele wunderschöne Erlebnisse. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!

-: Leider gibt es einen Punkt, auf den ich leider zu sprechen kommen muss. Wir hatten das All-Inklusive Packet und uns wurde bei der Anreise mitgeteilt das damit alles inklusive ist (mit Ausnahme einer Bar). Wir hatten 3 Tage lang allerdings immer wieder Rechnungen für Mineralwasser verrechnet bekommen, da hier ein Teil der Mitarbeiter davon ausging das dies nicht inklusive ist. Das war wirklich sehr mühsam und wir mussten immer wieder mit der Rezeption in Kontakt treten. Es wurde allerdings jedes Mal sehr gut gemanagt, sofort korrigiert und kommuniziert.
