-: The reception guys asked me to pay for late checkout, despite having checked in at 11pm on the 1st night. We were promised dinner, which was never served. The bathroom shower nob was broken, I reported, but it was never fixed. Worse is Anold asked me to send him money(for late checkout)directly and not to the hotel till number, which I found really suspicious. I didn't send it, and he keeps on calling my phone. I think the fact that I checked in late, I should have been allowed to extend without charges as I had. It's only fair. But after being asked to pay to a mobile number, I knew I wasn't supposed to be charged for it.
