+: 방도 크고 시설은 어느 휴양지 못지 않게 좋았습니다. 특히 수영장이 잘되어 있고 놀기에 좋았습니다. 일식당 직원들은 굉장히 친절했어요. 키즈 액티비티 직원들도 아이를 잘 챙겨주었습니다

-: 시설에 비해 직원들의 친절도가 너무 떨어졌습니다. 수영장에서 타월을 요청하면 선배드에 던져주거나 풀바에서 식사를 주문하면 메뉴판을 던져 놓고 가버린다거나 그러네요. 특히 체크아웃이 casher데스크는 최악이었습니다. 비행편 때문에 이른 시간에 체크아웃을 하긴했지만 데스크에서 엄청 불친절하네요. 환전시에도 고객을 세워두고 자기 업무를 하면서 귀찮다는 듯이 대하는 태도는 너무 실망이었어요. 시설에 비해 직원이 너무 떨어지는 느낌이라 기분이 나쁜적이 많았습니다.

+: Location and staff were amazing. Place is well maintained and facilities are great. Rooms were nice even though we couldn't even smell the ocean leat alone see it.

-: My daughter has allergies and despite informing them no effort was made to cater for this. Every meal I had to take her out of the hotel to get her a dessert not one item she could eat for dessert in 4 meals. This was a let down. Before staying here I stayed one night at another hotel in Diani and they were able to make eggless pancakes etc and charged a fraction of the price.
