+: The variety offered in breakfast was good and the water shower in the bathroom was good and powerful, and warm

-: Having to park away from the establishment, in a separate unrelated establishment across the street, is quite inconvenient when you have to carry your luggage from that parking lot to the Hotel, and back when you check out without a trolley or any help from the establishment. In addition, when you forget anything in the car, and have to walk all the way to pick it, particularly in the chilly night, in the rain, and exposed to any form of insecurity from the street.

+: Great location. Safe neighbourhood and central.Good size rooms.

-: As soon as we checked in we had to be moved to another room because the bathroom floor was soaked from a toilet leak. And there was the same problem (though less severe) in the second room we move to! Bathroom can be described as grubby as best, mouldy as worst. We had to ring and ask for more towels and water as we've only been provided with a bathmat, which was perpetually sodden due to the constantly wet floor. Rooms are not as shown in the photographs, including no bedside lamps, which meant you had to grt out of bed to turn the lights off, and camber back in the dark.I understand they were undergoing renovations at the time so this might be unfortunate timing, but the basics weren't right.
