+: The friendliness of the staff. Their kindness was lovely to wake up to in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, food was very good.
-: We are an older couple. The stairs were difficult. No air conditioning was difficult and the fan in our room, on the ceiling was very noisy. If we cannot get a ground room floor we cannot stay. That would be sad. The cost was above what we thought it would be. As Missionaries who stay in Nairobi while coming from Us and going back to Us on a regular basis, we look for less expensive places to stay. Your staff, all of them are awesome!!!!
