+: Good airport pick up, easy check in, comfortable room (although made up for one not two people and wrong name on TV screen), decent spa, central location, good breakfast
-: Restaurants seriously lacked charm, reception area big and impersonal, no private changing areas in the spa (was given locker next to door and people coming in and out while in underwear!!), noisy as next to busy arterial road (not hotel's fault) and lack of outdoor space (equally not hotel's fault), no good hotel shops with high quality local products
