+: Dinner was fair, could have varied a little. Room - first room noisy got not sleep but was a nice room, second room same rate was poky, small no balcony or view, shower pressure was bad, but at least could sleep without listening to the blaring entertainment till very late at night

-: Water pressure, facilities needs updating, Being put in a noisy room when there for a workshop, the food got really boring after a few days of eating the samesimilar food. Got sick from the food one evening. The commission and disparity and lack of flexibility between the service provider and booking.com.

+: Well maintained even though the rooms were a bit tired. But there are plans to update the rooms soon. Really nice staff. Having three pools was great. Kids had a great time. And all the adults had a relaxing time. Staff kept the hotel clean.

+: Stayed there before so was a return guest I enjoy the facilities and the all inclusive options

-: The hotel has a meal theme everyday but the theme seems to be a light touch ie 75% of the meals would be the same and 25% or less speaking to the theme .Expanding the options on the snack menu would be great
