Отдыхали с мужем в этом отеле 2 дня. В целом, нам все понравилось. НО Если вы едете также как мы, на 2 дня, и все эти дни будете проводить вне стен отеля, то думаю, что нет смысла за него переплачивать. (Есть хорошие варианты с таким же расположением, бассейном и тд, но гораздо дешевле). Мы, после Анкор Вата (самостоятельная экскурсия была с 5 утра до 13:30), приехали в отель к 14:30 и сразу же пошли к бассейну - охладиться и воспользоваться собственно тем, за что мы с мужем решили переплатить - бассейн и окружение около него. В итоге я 2 раза искупалась, а муж сразу же уснул и проспал до 17 вечера, после, нас попросили освободить лежаки, тк там накрывали столы на ужин с представлением, так что муж мой так и не воспользовался данным благом. При этом, бассейн относительно большой, с глубиной, вокруг все очень симпотично. Нареканий нет. Но я вот задумалась над тем, что за это можно было и не переплачивать. Красивая территория, шикарный бассейн, СПА, ресторан, вечернее шоу АПСАРА.очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Большие номера, в которых есть все необходимое, приятные бонусы в виде скидок в ресторане, на массаже. Джакузи, парная, тренажерный зал.

Деньги за проживание были списаны с Карты за 3 дня до заселения. Во время заезда администратор сказала , что оплаты не было и возможно деньги заблокированы на карте и поступят при отъезде. Но при выселении оплата не пришла. Пришлось заплатить за проживание второй раз , уже наличными. Возврата денег на карту не было. Прошу разобраться в сложившейся ситуации!
